Tullibardine
A Fine single Highland malt
Tullibardine Distillery nestles at the foot of the Ochil Hills in Perthshire, where the Highlands of Scotland begin. These hills are renowned for the crystal purity of their spring water.
The Distillery draws its water from the same source which fed the first public brewery in Scotland and from where King James IV purchased beer to celebrate his coronation in 1488. Today Tullibardine (built on the site of the brewery) reigns supreme as a fine malt whisky of majestic qualities. It is considered “Eminently quaffable”.

How appropriate that Tullibardine should produce a Whisky Ale. The Distillery sits on the site of Scotland's first ever brewery, a purveyor of fine ales enjoying the royal patronage of King James IV after his coronation in 1488. This remarkable Blackford 1488 Whisky Ale is brewed with the pure crystal spring water and malted barley used in the distillation process. It is conditioned in individually numbered oak casks which have been used in the maturation of the majestic Tullibardine single malt Scotch whisky, its distinctive character beautifully balanced by the lightness of touch so familiar to Tullibardine connoisseurs the world over. This truly majestic ale is best drunk cold, perhaps being chased by a dram of your favourite Tullibardine single malt Scotch whisky.
